At Premier Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery we make every effort to provide you with the finest surgical care and the most convenient financial options. We have one standard of care that will not be influenced by the exclusions and/or limitations of your insurance plan.

Our goal is to work hand-in-hand with you to maximize both your medical and dental insurance benefits. Please keep in mind that not all services are a covered benefit under all plans. As a courtesy, our team will file a claim on your behalf if we have your current insurance information. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Please watch your monthly statements. Any remaining balance after your insurance has processed your claim is your responsibility.

Our account specialist will inform you of what will be expected based on your customized treatment plan. For insured patients with a future procedure date, our team will calculate the estimated amount insurance informs us will not be covering, commonly referred to as the out-of-pocket amount. This is only an estimate with the information that is provided to us. Any additional balances due will be known once the insurance plan processes the claim. This estimated amount will be collected before the procedure date. If an estimate is not prepared ahead of time for your procedure, payment is due at the time service is rendered.
